Retrospection..

In retrospection I got the following probable reasons for ISB reject

1. My communication : Was not so good in the interview as it was my first and was a bit nervous. I have to definitely improve on this through mock interviews and practice. The coming US interviews will be a walk through of the resume and I should be ready with the story in detail.

2. Connection between my goals and present : I want to work with McKinsey in strategic consulting. But I am a software engineer (business intelligence) now doing business analysis. May be ad-com did not find the corelation between the two OR I might not have expressed how they are related.

3. My Academics : A graph of 80.5-->90.1-->63.10. As you can see the graph should not have looked good to the ad-com. But I can not do anything here now.

I listed the points in the order of importance..So I need to work on them..

Thanks to ISB. I realized some of weaknesses in the application.
