Woes sending TOEFL scores

Two weeks back I have sent a fax request (ignorant that phone request is available) to send my TOEFL scores to some of the schools. But the request has not yet been processed and the system does not yet show the request.
I am a little concerned as the R-2 deadlines are approaching and when I called the customer care of TOEFL they say that it can take more than two weeks for the request to enter into the system.

Am in a soup now. Will wait for two more days and place a phone request again. I have to make changes to my budget to incorporate these unfortunate costs.
