My first attempt at cooking..

Yes..Today I attempted to cook and that too my favourite Chicken..And I am partially successful. Called my college friend who is also in Bangalore and made an yummy chicken last week when we visited him. Took the instructions on the quantities and started..

And yes..t went well..But not knowing how much to fry the onions, one of my friends accomanying me on this occassion suggested me to fry it somewhat more and it was overfried.

But we managed to fry the pieces to the required extent and you know, the taste is simply superb. The pieces absorbed the soup and they tasted wonderful. So..one of my new year resolutions has been put into place..Will try cooking chicken frequently so that I can become a master by the time I marry and can cook an exquisite curry for my Sweet Wife and impress her..Of course before that..I will impress the B-school profs with my indian spice in the school that gives me an admit. So b-schools listen to me..take me in..and I shall make your saliva run down for my offerings.. :-).
